Great to be surrounded by nature and enjoy the peaceful location. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful veranda to relax in. It was lovely to have a big onsen to soak in after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel didn't have any hot water, making it difficult to take a shower. The bathroom facilities were basic and not very private.

We had a memorable stay where the staff was very kind and friendly, offering free shuttle service to and from several locations. the shared bathrooms were kept very clean and our spacious room also had its own WC and basin. the traditional Japanese garden was a real highlight and created a calming atmosphere. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and free tea and coffee were available day and night. the location was convenient with easy access to the temple district.

The Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger.

Lovely ryokan in Nikko, surrounded by nature. Amazing room with veranda. Warm and welcoming host. Big onsen and convenient location with bus station and restaurants nearby. Staff is helpful and offers transportation.

The hotel setting was beautiful with lush green gardens and traditional Japanese-style rooms. the staff was friendly and always willing to help us with our needs. the onsen was a highlight of our stay, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the hotel's proximity to the major attractions in the area made it very convenient for us to explore the city on foot.
